People who choose to live in Richmond are clearly connoisseurs. What a wonderful feeling to be surrounded by history - the remains of Henry VII's Palace of Shene and Maids of Honour Row properties (beautifully restored) are on Richmond Green. The River Thames is at its most attractive here, and is a great social focal point for all in the area.

The town centre with its quaint alleyways, is vibrant, full of interesting shops and coffee houses. A short distance away past outstanding residential properties is the entrance to Richmond Park with its rolling acres lakes and herds of deer.

Richmond caters for all ages - excellent schools, sports clubs and fitness centres. It is a short commute (15 minutes to Waterloo station) by main line or Underground trains to all parts of London.

There are restaurants, boutiques, cinemas and two local theatres with pre West End runs and much more. It is impossible to find enough superlatives to describe Richmond. People who live here find it very difficult to leave. Some don't - Queen Elizabeth 1st lived and died here!
