Just across Richmond Bridge one is immediately in East Twickenham which leads directly to St. Margarets. You therefore have the advantage of leaving the hustle and bustle of central Richmond but being very close to all the amenities it offers, while St. Margarets South West Trains Station is only a stone's throw away.

The north bank of the River Thames ambles along the boundary of St. Margarets and leads to the beautiful Marble Hill Park which is close by with tennis and golf putting facilities. In addition, the historic Marble Hill House built by King George II in the 1720s for one of his mistresses is open for viewing by the general public on a regular basis. Annual outdoor symphony concerts which take place at this venue are extremely popular and very well supported. A good place to live.
